"Why the Ark?"

In July of 2003, Calvary United Methodist Church was flooded with water from the overflowing St. Mary's River.  We have named our Sunday evening worship experience "The Ark" as a reminder of God's grace in times of trouble.  As God remained with Noah through the Genesis flood and with the congregation of Calvary Church during renovation and clean-up, he continues to be a safe haven when we are overwhelmed by the struggles of modern life.  "The Ark" is a casual, contemporary worship experience for today's people.  Join us for Biblical answers to the tough questions of life.
